Also according to a Tv series, Ilite tv, the NANS interim committee told the thr reporter that the NANS was created the nigerian students provide 100% help in terms of welfare and other amenities. Also in terms of scholarship watch their interview here.
Here comes the problem. NSS EMU are disassociating themselves from the NANS which is said not to be recognised by the Federal Republic of Nigeria whereas the NANS are claiming the recognition and will be officially inaugurated come February the 4th.
Now the question is who are we to believe, who is recognised and who is not recognised by the Federal Republic of Nigeria? Will NSS be under NANS or NANS under NSS? Remember NSS is recognised by EMU, NSA by GAU and all other Nigerian students societies in other schools are recognised by their respective schools.
What is the way forward???
